Our international sales team has a vacancy for a Bid Manager

Location: Netherlands, Abcoude.

The CRM International Sales Team is responsible for designing customized solutions for our clients in the Arvato CRM group. We understand the unique business models and current and future needs of our clients and design solutions in close cooperation with them, and then subsequently guide in implementing the solutions. We achieve this by truly understanding our customer, applying industry best practices, and working together closely with other Arvato solutions groups and countries.

The Bid Management Team is responsible for client / prospect requests (RFX) from the moment the request comes in until the moment it is finished. We are supporting the next steps in the sales process as well: creating presentations for meetings and site visits, organizing site visits (and sometimes joining them), and supporting contracting and negotiation. You’ll  be responsible for handling client request from start till the end, and you’ll create high quality proposals for internationally renowned brands, with often challenging deadlines.

You thrive in an international and dynamic environment, where you are coordinating with colleagues from many different countries and cultures. The Bid Management Support function is part of the Bid Management Team within in the CRM International Sales Team and works in close cooperation with the Head of Global Bid Management, the other Bid Team members, Sales Directors, Staff departments, Solution Designers, and Sales Managers of 24 CRM countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree

  • Multiple years’ experience in CRM/Customer Care, ideally in a BPO environment

  • Project Management skills

  • Demonstrate ability to work as part of high demand, high expectation, dynamic team

  • Creative problem-solving , analytic and decision-making skills with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast paced environment

  • An innovative, goal oriented and results driven attitude

  • High degree of intercultural affinity because we are a global company

  • Nice to have: working in an international environment, sales experience and/or customer facing experience
