I started as Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Arvato. Recently, I became Quality Coach/Trainer. I coach CSRs on their personal improvement points concerning for example quality or communication skills. Next to this, I give refreshment trainings and train new employees. As a Belgian, I enjoy working abroad. There’s a different “vibe” here than in Belgium. With my colleagues I have fun and it does not matter if you are Flemish, you are part of the team.
