To improve and optimise the facilitation of online dialogue with our customers, Arvato uses the Social Media Management Platform from Media Injection. This makes it possible to offer the same quality and efficiency via social media as with traditional customer service via telephone or e-mail.

Using the integrated platform from Media Injection allows Arvato customer service agents to better manage the large volumes of incoming messages on the various channels. Many large companies are struggling to manage this activity, especially in terms of monitoring and safeguarding response time and quality.
